A process built to remove every excuse

Each step exists to make the standard hold without you managing it. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.

Six stages

From inquiry to invisible.

The goal of the process is for cleaning to disappear from your list of things to think about.

01

You reach out

Form or phone, whichever you prefer. Your request lands with a person, not a queue, and gets a same-day response.

02

The 15 minute walkthrough

On site or on a call, we map the space: square footage, surfaces, traffic, problem areas, access, and what has annoyed you about past vendors.

03

Written scope and quote

Within 24 hours you get a checklist-level scope and a number. Every task listed, every frequency stated, nothing implied.

04

Crew assignment and training

A dedicated crew is briefed on your building: access, alarms, sensitive areas, and your scope. A floater is trained as backup from day one.

05

First clean, supervised

A supervisor works the first visits alongside the crew, calibrating the checklist against reality and tightening anything that needs it.

06

The standard, maintained

Visits verified, spot checks scheduled, and a direct line for feedback. Quarterly reviews keep the scope matched to how your building actually lives.

Process questions

The fine print, out loud.

How long does onboarding take? +
Most buildings go from first call to first clean inside a week. Complex properties with access procedures or board approvals take as long as those steps take, and we work around them.
Can we start with a trial period? +
Yes. Many clients start with a defined trial scope, judge the work, then expand. We would rather earn the building than lock it in.
What if our needs change mid-contract? +
Scopes are living documents. Add a floor, drop a frequency, bring a special project forward: we re-paper it in writing and adjust the number transparently.

Step one takes about ninety seconds.

Send the form and the process above starts today. Your building could be onboarded within the week.
